Veritech is proud to announce its acquisition of the new Valco Melton Hot Melt Coating machine, that imparts a quality par excellence to adhesive dispensing and coating applications.

FEATURES & BENEFITS

This machine is equipped with a servo-driven rotating bar head technology, which enables it to create a uniform, streak-free coating of adhesive across the full substrate width. Additionally, this rotating bar technology prevents even the smallest contaminants from becoming trapped between the die and the substrate, eliminating the potential risk of damage to the coating surface.

This machine shall prove to be immensely beneficial in terms of quality improvement, reduction of consumables and frequency of maintenance required. This will make the production process less expensive, more efficient, and less vulnerable to downtime while providing a true ROI and immediate cost reduction of any packaged product.
